Brite Winter 2022 Festival
After a brief hiatus in 2021, Brite Winter is set to make a triumphant return on Saturday, February 26th in the West Bank of the Flats! The event will start at 3p and go until 12a. This year's event requires every attendee to have a ticket which can be purchased starting at $5 for general admission. Due to the current ongoing pandemic, the event will be held completely outdoors with each performance held on four separate stages.
As strong community advocates, Progressive Urban is excited to be a part of this annual event celebrating Cleveland's musical roots and bringing celebration to the winter months. Our contacts over at Ohio Real Title put together a real estate tax guide for buyers in Northeast Ohio. This fax guide is designed to assist in estimating real estate taxes for most taxing districts in the six county areas indicated. The rates are for the tax year 2021 to be collected in 2022.
